This is for 2-Man Best Ball, Shamble, 2 Best Balls of 4 and multi-round Scramble, where players are entered one by one. One-ball teams (a single-round Scramble or Alternate Shot) are simply added by team name.
Build the teams
- Open Players & teams and add your players.
- The card asks Who’s on Team 1? Tap names to add them. A team saves when it’s full.
- For teams that can be 2 to 4 (Shamble, Scramble), tap Just these N to save a smaller team.
- Repeat until everyone is on a team.
TipTyping partners on one line when you add them (`Sam & Alex`) makes them a team straight away.
Change a team
Tap a name to pick it up, then tap another name to swap them, tap a team to move them there, tap a waiting player to sub them in, or tap Take off the team.
Different teams each round
With more than one round, pick a Round chip under the heading. Later rounds keep Round 1’s teams until you change them. Use Build new teams to start that round fresh, or Same as Round 1 to undo.
Good to knowIf a team change splits partners across playing groups, that team comes out of its group so you can place it again. If the group has already started scoring you’re asked first, and scores already entered stay with each player.
