LeaderboardLive's setup walks you through it once: name it, pick the scoring system, add sessions, build teams, assign matches. Every group's link is labeled with the tournament and their group so nobody opens the wrong one.

Why we built this
We tried the other golf scoring apps first. Every one of them made us install something, make an account, or dig through a menu built for GPS and stat tracking just to find where scoring lived. None of that is what you need when you're standing on the first tee trying to get twelve guys scoring before the group ahead clears the fairway.
So we built the version that does one thing: you send a link, someone taps it, they're scoring. No app store, no sign-up screen, no settings to configure first. If it takes longer to explain how to use LeaderboardLive than to just start playing, we got it wrong.

How long does setup actually take?
A few minutes for the tournament details, then a few more per session for courses and formats. No training required to run it.
Can different sessions use different formats?
Yes. Four-ball one day, singles match play the next, same event.
Is there a limit on players or teams?
Two-round tournaments are free with no stated player limit. Larger, multi-round events may need a credit, check the plans page for pricing.
