Open Name, dates and privacy in Manage. Changes save on their own a moment after you stop typing.
- Event name can’t be empty.
- Start date and End date are optional. They sort the event into Live, Upcoming or Past on Events, and multi-day events use them to open on the right round.
- Turn on Private event and an access code is made for you. Tap New code for another, or type your own.
Viewers enter the code to watch. They’re asked again in a new tab or browser, and after 12 hours. Anyone already watching when you turn it on will need the code to keep following.
Scorers don’t need the code to enter scores. They only need it to open the leaderboard, so the preview card of a scoring link shows the code.
TipEvery event starts public. Anyone with the leaderboard link can watch until you turn on Private event.
