Sign up for a free account, then hit "New Tournament" from your dashboard. Name your two teams, pick a format, and add your players. The whole setup takes about 5 minutes. Once created, you get a shareable link immediately.

Only the organizer needs an account. Players and scorers just open the link you send them. No sign up, no app download, no passwords.

From your tournament setup page, add players one by one and assign them to Team A or Team B. For formats like Best Ball or Scramble, you can set up custom matches from the setup screen.

Yes. Two-round tournaments are always free. If your event runs 3+ rounds, the $40 unlock covers every round for that tournament. One payment, no per-round fees.

A couple of taps per hole for each player, the same way you would fill in a paper card. The app applies handicap strokes where the stroke index says to, decides who won the hole, and updates the match status and the leaderboard live for everyone watching.

Match play is hole-by-hole competition. Each hole is worth one point. You either win it, lose it, or halve it with a half-point each. The team with the most points at the end wins the match.

Every hole won by any match in any round adds to your team's running total. Whoever reaches the "Race To" target first, or has the most points when all matches close, wins the tournament.

Dormie means one team leads by exactly as many holes as are remaining. The trailing team cannot win outright. The best they can do is tie. LeaderboardLive shows this status automatically on the scoring screen.

Yes. Anyone with a scoring link can open the match again, fix the hole, and the board recalculates. Nothing is locked until the tournament is officially closed.

A scoring link opens the card for one match or group and lets whoever holds it enter scores from their phone. The spectator link shows the live leaderboard only, with scoring hidden. Send scoring links to the people keeping score, the spectator link to everyone else.

An optional password you can add to your tournament. Anyone who opens the link will be prompted to enter the code before they can see the leaderboard. Great for keeping the board private to your group.

Live updates need a connection on both the scorer's phone and yours. If the scorer is in a dead zone, their scores are queued on their phone and sent the moment signal returns, so the board catches up then. On your end, try refreshing the page. It reconnects to the live feed automatically.

Anyone with that match's scoring link can fix it at any time. Tap Edit Scores next to the match, go to the hole, and fix it. The board recalculates and the change broadcasts live immediately.

The organizer set an access code on the tournament. Ask them for it. If you're the organizer and forgot it, check your account dashboard where you can view or reset it.
